Soyfoods Menu Plan: Family with Young Children

More Menu Plans

Children need a lot of calories and nutrients for growth. Due to the small size of their stomachs they usually eat only small amounts of food at a time. It is our job as parents to make children's foods "nutrient dense", packing a lot of nutrients into each food they're eating. We need to have a lot healthy snacks on hand! Textures of food are important to children, and the texture of soyfoods is usually well-accepted by children.
