School Meals Get Lean

Town, U.S.A. (Date) - They are low in fat, high in nutrition and give kids the energy they need. That's what the school meals of the '90s look like and they are coming to school cafeterias in the (school district name).

With new nutritional requirements aimed at lowering fat in school meals, (first and last name), foodservice director for (school district name) said the district's meals are leaner than ever, giving students their favorite standbys with a healthy twist.
