| Texturized Soy Concentrate (TSC) (unflavored,
colored, 1/8" flakes) |

1. Pour hot beef broth
over Texturized Soy Concentrate (TSC). Let stand for 20 minutes. |

2. In a large stock
pot, brown beef and onions until no longer pink. Drain excess
fat and discard. Add TSC mixture. |

3. Add tomatoes, chili
sauce, honey, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, chili powder,
cumin, oregano, salt and pepper to beef mixture. Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat to simmer and cook for 30 minutes. |

4. Add vegetables and simmer for 15 minutes.
